摘要
[目的]观察益肾活血降浊汤治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性肾衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将78例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。严格控制血压及酸碱平衡,预防感冒,多休息。对照组39例尿毒清颗粒,5g/次,4次/d,口服。治疗组39例益肾活血降浊汤(黄芪、薏苡仁各30g,党参、熟地黄、白花蛇舌草、丹参各20g,茯苓、菟丝子、车前草各15g,白术、淫羊藿、大黄、草果、桃仁、法半夏各10g,红花6g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、Scr、BUN、CCR、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效28例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.31%。对照组显效8例,有效7例,无效24例,总有效率38.46%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组肾功能指标治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾活血降浊汤治疗脾肾亏虚型慢性肾衰竭效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the curative effect in patients with chronic renal failure kidney invigorate the circulation of material soup. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 78 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. Treatment group （ 39 cases of kidney invigorate the circulation of material soup （ Huangqi,Yiyiren each 30 g, Dangshen, Shudihung,Baihuasheshecao,Danshen each 20 g,Fuling,Tusizi,Cheqiancao each 15 g, Baizhu,Yinyanghuo,Dahnang （ adjustable make shit 2 - 3 times a day ） , Caoguo,Taoren,Faxia every 10 g, Honghua6 g ） , 1 / d, boiling water 400 ml, oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment for 6 months to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, Scr, BUN, CCR, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 28 cases were markedly effective, effective 8 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 92.31%. Control group 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 24 cases, total effective rate was 38.46%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] The treatment of chronic renal failure kidney invigorate the circulation of material soup effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
