摘要
针对ICP-AES法测定稀土样品中稀土元素时,一些元素的分析谱线难以选择的问题,总结了稀土标准分析方法中利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定单一稀土金属及其氧化物中稀土杂质量,稀土矿石、稀土精矿、离子型稀土矿、氯化稀土、碳酸轻稀土及钐铕钆中的稀土配分量,氧化钇铕中的稀土杂质及氧化铕量,镝铁合金、钆镁合金中的稀土杂质量,稀土硅铁及镁硅铁合金中的稀土总量、镨钕合金及其化合物、钕铁硼废料中的配分量时,所选用的分析谱线。为分析检测类似样品时选择分析谱线方面起到一定的参考作用。
Because there are complicated analytical lines,it is hard to select analytical lines of some elements to determine rare earth elements in rare earth samples by ICP-AES method. In this paper,the analytical lines of rare earth elements in rare earth standard analysis method were summarized. The analytical lines include those of rare earth impurities in single rare earth metals and their oxides,include those of rare earth elements in rare earth ore,rare earth concentrates,ion-absorpted type RE ore,rare earth chloride,ligh trare earth carbonate and samarium-gadolinium-europium concentrates,include those of rare earth impurities and europium in yttrium-europium oxide,include those of rare earth impurities in praseodymium-neodymiumalloy and compounds,scraps of neodymium iron boron,include those of rare earth elements in dysprosium-iron alloy,gadolinium-magnesium and ferrosilicon magnesium alloy. This work is good for the choice of analytical lines as analyzing and testing similar samples.
