摘要
目的：探析无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院2012年2月～2013年4月期间收治的54例COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者作为主要研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，其中给予对照组常规治疗，而观察组在常规治疗的基础上，再运用无创呼吸机联合治疗，对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果经过一段时间的临床治疗，对照组的治疗总有效率为45.0%，而观察组的治疗总有效率为79.52%，并且相比较对照组而言，观察组患者的PaO2升高明显，PaCO2下降明显，两组临床治疗效果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上运用无创呼吸机对COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者进行治疗，不仅可以有效降低并发症的出现几率，在一定程度上还能提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。
ObjectiveTo explore a noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of COPD combined with type, of respiratory failure.MethodsThe control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given noninvasive ventilator combined treatment on the basis of conventional treatment, the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were analyzed. Results The difference of clinical curative effect in two groups was remarkable, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical use of noninvasive ventilator treatment in patients with COPD combined , type of respiratory failure, not only can effectively reduce the complications of the chance to appear, to a certain extent, can also improve the effect of treatment .
