摘要
党务工作作为医院工作的一个组成部分,对于促进医院持续健康发展具有重要作用。本文从我院实际情况出发,在对党务工作概况分析的基础上,针对党务工作中存在的一些问题,提出了一些相应的解决策略,希望有助于改善医院党务工作状况。
As a component part of hospital work, the party work plays an important role in promoting sustained and healthy development of the hospital. Based on our actual situation, this paper on the party work general situation, on the basis of analysis on some problems existing in the work of party affairs, puts forward some corresponding solution strategy and hope to help to improve hospital party functionaries.
