摘要
考察了分别用自制的液体异戊橡胶和液体异戊橡胶LIR-50等量取代顺丁橡胶/天然橡胶共混胶中的天然橡胶部分时对共混胶性能的影响。结果表明,液体异戊橡胶的加入对于共混胶料的抗湿滑性能有所改善,但同时也增大滚动阻力。随着液体异戊橡胶用量(5~15份)的增加,共混硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和扯断伸长率稍有下降,磨耗量和生热有所增大。2种液体异戊橡胶的使用效果相当。
Self-made liquid isoprene rubber( SLIR) and commercial product LIR-50 were substituted respectively for equal amount of natural rubber( NR) in cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber( BR) / NR blend and their effect on the properties of the blends were investigated. The results showed that the introduction of LIR improved wet skid resistance,but increased rolling resistance. With increasing LIR amount in the range of 5- 15 phr, the tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break of the BR / NR vulcanizates decreased slightly,but the abrasion and the heat build-up of the vulcanizates increased to some extent,indicating the similar effect of the two LIRs.
