摘要
介绍了外波发生器谐波式齿轮泵的工作原理。根据流体的间隙流动特性、间隙泄漏理论和极值法,从减小齿轮泵轴向泄漏引起的功率损失的角度,设计了该泵体轴向间隙的合理值,并通过实例分析验证了该结论的正确性。
The working principle of the harmonic gear pump with external wave generator was introduced. According the charac?teristics of the gap of the fluid flow, Clearance Leakage theory and Extreme value method, and in purpose of reducing the power loss caused by axis?direction leakage of the pump, the gap between the main components was designed. The validity of that conclusion was proved by analysis with some practical examples.
