摘要
目的探讨多维疲劳量表(MFI-20)在高原汽车军人慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)中的应用。方法选取新疆军区某部高原汽车军人共268名,根据美国疾病控制及预防中心(CDC)1994修订的CFS诊断标准中规定的症状,通过CFS自评表进行调查,筛选出CFS患者62例,将其中50例分为五组,每组10例,其中一组为空白对照,其余四组CFS患者分别接受抗疲劳治疗(补充乳清蛋白治疗、铁剂治疗、心理治疗及综合治疗),其中,综合治疗为补充乳清蛋白、铁剂及心理治疗干预。分别用原版和中文版MFI-20评定干预前、干预后1周及干预后2周评分。结果原版和中文版MFI-20评分的各干预组内,乳清蛋白治疗组和综合治疗组干预后MFI-20总分相对于干预前下降13.4%和15.2%;体力评分相对于干预前下降18.7%和20.1%与16.1%和20.6%;两者脑力评分相对于干预前均下降14.5%和16.7%;在动力下降评分方面,蛋白治疗组和心理治疗组评分呈下降趋势,相对于干预前分别下降13.7%和23.3%与12.5%和25.6%;在各干预组内,活动减少评分均无统计学差异。结论中文版MFI-20可以反映原版量表的主要内容,可在高原汽车军人中使用。
Objective To explore the application of multidimensional fatigue inventory 20 (MFI-20) in army drivers with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) worked in plateau. Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of CFS revised by the United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in 1994, 62 army drivers were diagnosed with CFS by self-investigating with MFI-20 from 268 army drivers who worked in plateau in Xinjiang Military Region. Then 50 drivers were chosen and randomly divided into 5 groups ( n = 10/group). One group acted as blank control, and the other four groups were treated respectively with whey protein, iron sup- plements, psychological intervention and comprehensive therapy ( combined with the above 3 treatments). Finally, the original ver- sion and the Chinese version of MFI-20 were respectively assessed before treatment, one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, analyzing the scores from original version and Chinese version of MFI-20 in all the group, the general fatigue scores of the whey protein group and the comprehensive therapy group respectively decreased by 13.4% and 15.2%, the physical fatigue scores respectively decreased by 18.7% and 20.1% and by 16.1% and 20.6% , the mental fatigue scores respec- tively decreased by 14.5% and 16.7% , and the reduced motivation scores respectively decreased by 13.7% and 23.3% and by 12.5% and 25.6%. No significant reduced activity score change was observed among all the groups. Conclusion The Chinese version of MFI-20 can function as its original version and be applied to the treatment of army drivers with CFS worked in plateau.
