摘要
本文根据磁流体力学相关理论和铝电解槽内的熔体流动特征,建立铝电解槽磁流体流场计算模型,利用该模型对175k A系列预焙铝电解槽进行稳态流场分析,并与该系列流场测试数据进行对比验证,并计算分析单个方向磁场、极距变化、铝水平和不均匀电流等不同工况对铝电解槽熔体流动流场的影响。
According to the MHD theory and melt flow characteristics in aluminum reduction ceils ,we established the calculation model of the aluminum reduction cell magnetic liquid flow field, the steady flow field of the 175 kA aluminum reduction cell was analysed by using this model, and compared with the test data in industrial test. And also,the single direction magnetic field, anode - cathode distance, aluminum level and uneven current influence on flow field of the melt flow in aluminum reduction cells were calculated.
