摘要
目的探讨胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理干预方法和护理效果。方法将98例胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的患者,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组49例采用常规护理方法;观察组49例则在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预方法,将两组具体护理效果和患者满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组患者在〈30岁、30-60岁、〉60岁年龄段及总平均时间均短于对照组（P均〈0.05）,观察组总并发症发生率为6.12%显著低于对照组的22.49%（P〈0.05）,观察组的护理满意度为97.96%显著地高于对照组的77.55%（P〈0.05）。结论胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理干预方法护理效果显著,有效的降低了并发症发生率,提高了患者满意度,值得在临床大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate the traction method and nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after the fixation of the fracture of the tibia and fibula bone. Methods The patients with bone traction fixation in 98 cases of fracture of tibia and fibula,according to randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in the control group received routine nursing care; observation group of 49 cases in the control group based on the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention methods,two groups of specific nursing effect and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group,from 30 to 60 years old,more than60 years of age and the average total time were shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group the total complication rate was 6. 12%,significantly lower than the control group 22. 49%（ P〈0. 05）,nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control groups of 77. 55% to 97. 96%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Nursing effect of fixation bone for tibia and fibula fracture traction integrated nursing intervention is significant,effectively reduces the incidence of complications,improves patients＇ satisfaction,it is worth clinical popularization and application.
