摘要
目的观察中药治疗联合生活干预对糖尿病前期患者血糖及早期相胰岛素分泌水平的影响。方法糖尿病前期患者140例,随机分成治疗组及对照组,各70例,治疗组给予中药治疗及生活干预,对照组仅给予生活干预,疗程8周,治疗前后监测两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清胰岛素水平,并计算胰岛素曲线下面积(AUCins)、早期相胰岛素分泌指数(ΔI30/ΔG30)。结果治疗后治疗组空腹血糖[(94.87±15.48)mg/d L比(116.54±10.27)mg/d L,P<0.01]、餐后2h血糖[(145.45±16.46)mg/d L比(166.34±21.66)mg/d L,P<0.01]、糖化血红蛋白[(5.23±1.42)%比(5.32±1.22)%,P<0.01]水平明显改善。与对照组比较,治疗组早期相胰岛素分泌峰值出现早,胰岛素曲线下面积更大(17.63±6.65比13.21±2.71,P<0.01),胰岛素分泌指数提高(15.63比11.21,P<0.01)。结论中药治疗联合生活干预可使糖尿病前期患者血糖水平、早期相胰岛素分泌水平明显改善,且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the impact of Chinese-herbs therapy combined with lifestyle intervention on blood glucose and early-phase insulin secretion in prediabetic patients. Methods One hundred and forty patients with prediabetes were enrolled in the study. They were randomized into treatment group and control group, 70 patients in each group. The treatment group received Chinese-herbs therapy combined with lifestyle intervention and control group was given lifestyle intervention alone. The treatment course lasted for 8 weeks. Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h glucose, glycated hemoglobin, serum insulin concentrations were determined before and after treatment; area under the curve of insulin concentrations were calculated（AUCins） with early-phase insulin secretion index（ΔI30/ΔG30）. Results After treatment, the level of fasting blood glucose（94.87±15.48mg/d L vs 116.54±10.27mg/d L）, postprandial 2h glucose（145.45±16.46mg/d L vs 166.34±21.66mg/d L）, glycated hemoglobin（5.23±1.42% vs 5.32±1.22%） significantly improved in the treatment group（P〈0.01）. Compared with control group, early-phase insulin secretion of the treatment group peaked significantly earlier, with a bigger AUCins（17.63±6.65 vs 13.21±2.71,P〈0.01）and higher ΔI30/ΔG30（15.63 vs 11.21,all P〈0.01）. Conclusion Chinese-herb therapy combined with life intervention can more efficiently improve blood glucose levels in patients with prediabetes and have fewer side effects.
