摘要 文章介绍了英国图书馆电子借阅服务现状,分析了英国电子借阅存在的障碍及图书馆、出版商、作者等不同利益群体采取的促进措施。 The paper introduces the status of e - lending in UK library and analyzes the barriers of e - lending and strategies taken by various interest groups such as libraries, publishers and authors.
