摘要
为制备纳米级孔径多孔淀粉,提高多孔淀粉的比表面积和吸附性能,本研究设计了新型生物酶水解淀粉制备多孔淀粉的方法,制备出孔径50~300nm的纳米多孔淀粉。其最佳反应条件为:酶与原玉米淀粉质量比为1:100,a-淀粉酶与糖化酶质量比为10:1,反应36h。研制出的纳米级孔径多孔玉米淀粉,与传统多孔淀粉相比,比表面积和吸油率显著提高。
In order to prepare the nanoporous corn starch and improve the specific surface area, the new reaction condition was designed and nanoporous corn starch with 50 - 300nm pore size was manufactured. The optimal condition was:ratio of enzyme and corn starch 1 : 100,mass ratio of s-amylase and saccharifying enzyme 10 : 1,reaction time 36h. The specific surface and oil adsorption ratio of developed porous corn starch significantly increased, thus the adsorption performance was improved as well.
