摘要
以聚己内酯二元醇(PCL 1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯乳液(WPUA),通过向WPUA中引入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和可聚合乳化剂烯丙氧基羟丙基磺酸钠(AHPS),合成了稳定性好、固含量约为43%的可聚合乳化剂作用下的环氧改性聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸(EPUAS)复合乳液。采用FT-IR、TEM、XRD对改性前后乳液和涂膜结构进行了表征,探讨了GMA及AHPS在不同含量下对WPUA乳液及其涂膜性能的影响。实验表明:在GMA用量为5%(以丙烯酸单体总质量计,下同)、AHPS用量为2%时,乳液和涂膜的固含量、耐水性、硬度及机械性能等得到改善。
Waterborne polyurethane/polyacylate emulsion (WPUA) was synthesized mainly with poly-caprolaclone glycol ( PCL1000), isophorone diisocyanate ( IPDI), 2,2-dimethylol butyric acid ( DMBA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA). Glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and allyloxy hydroxyl propanesulfonic salt(AHPS) were introduced in (EPUAS) composite emulsion, a stable emulsion with 43% solid content had obtained. The structure and morphology of WPUA were characterized by FT-IR, TEM and XRD. The amount of GMA and the amount of AHPS on properties of the emulsion and films were discussed. The property test of emulsion and films of EPUAS showed that the solid content, water resistance, hardness and mechanical property etc. were improved when w(GMA) is 5% and w(AHPS) is 2%.
