摘要
目的寻求一种灵敏的观测侧脑室容积变化的线性测量方法,用以指导脑积水的临床诊断和治疗。方法根据正常成人颅脑CT轴位图像资料建立侧脑室二维有限元模型,模拟脑积水发生时侧脑室的扩张过程,观察分析侧脑室各部的扩张特点,提出一种灵敏的观测侧脑室容积变化的线性测量方法。结果有限元模拟结果显示脑积水发生时侧脑室各部的扩张并不均衡,体部向外侧的位移最显著,而侧脑室前、后角及其它部位向外侧的位移均小于体部。结论侧脑室体部脑室-颅腔比是反映侧脑室容积变化的灵敏的线性测量方法。
Objective A sensitive linear measurement for the changes of lateral ventricle volume is discussed to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hydrocephalus.Methods A two-dimensional finite element model of the lateral ventricle was created basing on the axial CT images of a normal cerebra,to simulate the process of dilatation of the lateral ventricle when hydrocephalus occurred.The characteristics of the expansion of each part of the lateral ventricle were analyzed,and a sensitive linear measurement for the observation of the changes of ventricular volume was conclucted.Results The results of the finite-element simulation showed a progressive ventricular distension of hydrocephalus.The outward movement or displacement of the ventricular wall associated with this distension was heterogeneous.Maximal displacement occurred at the body of the ventricle,and the displacement of the anterior and posterior horn and other parts of the lateral ventricle were less than the body's.Conclusion The linear ratio between the ventricle body and the cranium diameter is a sensitive linear measurement for the change of the lateral ventricular volume.
