摘要 目的从心电(electrocardiogram,ECG)节律与波形指标中筛选运动负荷敏感指标。方法实验分为5 min静息期、20 min运动期(蹬自行车功量计)、5 min恢复期。男青年组、女青年组、男中年组、女中年组参加了实验,每组10人。从心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)时域及频域参数、波形形态相似性、高频噪声共13个参数中筛选运动负荷敏感指标。结果心率变异性时域与频域指标、波形相关性、噪声指标中均包含运动敏感指标,其中R-R间期的敏感性最高。结论 R-R间期(心率)是运动负荷监测的可靠指标,心电波形相关性及噪声指标可辅助评价运动负荷。 Objective To select the sensitive indices to exercise load from electrocardiogram( ECG) rhythm and waveform. Methods The exercise experiment included the baseline period( 5 minutes’ relaxation before exercise),the exercise period( 20 minutes’ exercise on bicycle ergometry),and the recovery period( 5 minutes’ relaxation after exercise). Four groups of subjects with ten in each group took part in the experiment,including the male junior,the female junior,the male senior and the female senior groups. The sensitive indices to exercise load were selected from 13 ECG indices,including four time domain indices of heart rate variability( HRV),four frequency domain indices of HRV,three indices of waveform similarity and two indices of high frequency noise. Results There were exercise-sensitive indices in HRV time and frequency domain indices,waveform similarity indices and high frequency noise indices,among which the R-R interval was the most sensitive in all four groups. Conclusion The R-R interval( heart rate) is a reliable index for exercise monitoring. Moreover,the ECG waveform similarity and noise level indices are useful for the evaluation of exercise load.
