民航飞行员疲劳性亚健康的中医证候要素研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨民航飞行员疲劳性亚健康的中医证候要素,为辨证论治提供相应依据。方法选取217例疲劳性亚健康状态的民航飞行员,观察中医症状特点,通过因子分析提取证候要素并对其分布情况进行聚类分析。结果通过因子分析得到7个公因子(证候要素),分别与气虚、阴虚、火热、气滞、痰湿相关;聚类分析结果显示实证类占78.3%,虚证类占21.7%。结论民航飞行员疲劳性亚健康主要证候要素为气虚、阴虚、火热、气滞、痰湿;可归为虚、实两类,以实证类为主;病位主要涉及肝、脾、肾三脏。 Objective To investigate the Chinese Medicine syndrome elements of fatigue sub-health in Airline pilots to provide objective evidence for syndrome differentiation and treatment. Methods An observation was carried out on 217 fatigue sub-health airline pilots confirmed with questionnaire survey. The characteristics of Chinese Medicine symptoms and syndrome distribution were summarized with factor analysis and cluster analysis to abstract the syndrome element. Results There were 7 components( syndrome elements) picked up by the factor analysis,such as qi deficiency,yin deficiency,fire-heat,qi stagnation and phlegm-dampness. The distribution of syndrome elements among the 217 patients was as follow as: excess syndrome had 78. 3% and deficiency syndrome had 21. 3%. Conclusion The major syndrome elements of fatigue sub-health airline pilots are qi deficiency,yin deficiency,fire-heat,qi stagnation and phlegm dampness. They may be further classified by two types,excess syndrome and deficiency syndome,mainly to be excess. These syndrome elements mainly involve in 3 viscera of liver,spleen and kidney.
