摘要
海洋自升式钻井平台是目前比较成熟的也是比较实用的一种钻井平台,升降系统是海洋自升式钻井平台的核心系统,齿轮—齿条机构负担着整个平台的升降工作,齿条的精度控制占据着非常重要的地位。作者通过对"救助号"自升式海洋平台桩腿制造与安装的分析与总结,阐述了桩腿制作与安装精度控制的方法,并提出了对桩腿制作和安装精度的控制目标和监控方法的建议。
Offshore jack up drilling?platform is a commonly used?drilling platform at pres‐ent .The lifting?system is the core system of the?platform ,?and the gear rack mechanism takes up the responsibility of lifting the whole platform ,so precision controlling of the rack plays a very important role .Based on analysis and conclusion of leg production and installa‐tion for“Rescue”self‐elevating offshore platform ,this essay discusses the leg production and installation precision controlling methods ,and proposes some suggestions for the precision controlling target and the controlling method .
