摘要
新型城镇化是实现新型工业化和农业现代化的重要标志和必由之路。从湖南省新型城镇化建设的现状及典型案例分析中,发现当前新型城镇化建设过程中存在着一些重点难点问题,而要实现新型城镇化的可持续发展,可考虑从结合地方发展战略统筹推进、调整经济结构、推进"人口"城镇化和探索融资新模式等四个方面入手。
The new urbanization is an important symbol for the realization of new type industrialization and modernization of agriculture. From the analysis of the present situation and the typical case in Hunan Province, it found that some key and difficult problems existing in the process of new urbanization construction, so as to realize the sustainable development of new urbanization, it may be considered from the following four aspects such as combining local development strategy to promote in phase, adjusting economic structure, promoting the ＂population urbanization＂ and exploreing the new model of financing.
