摘要
开展海洋工程的海冰灾害风险排查工作可以综合评估海洋工程的海冰灾害风险隐患和防御能力.通过对海冰灾害历史案例和风险模式分析,确定了环境条件改变、设计标准不完备、结构抵御能力降低、冰期管理行为不完善等四类海冰灾害的致险原因;初步确定了针对海洋工程设计阶段、运行阶段、应急阶段、灾后防控阶段的风险排查内容;最终给出了风险排查的技术流程.
Risk condition and defense capability of sea ice disaster for offshore structure could be demonstrated by risk observation. Based on case analysis, four reasons for sea ice disaster risk are proposed, that are variation of environmental, incompletely of design standard, decrease of risk defense capability, and incompletely of sea ice management. The content for sea ice risk observation related to tile design phase, operation phase, emergency phase, and recover phase of offshore structures. And finally the technical flow for risk observation was listed.
