摘要
针对军事卫星威胁评价问题,提出了分层分类的威胁评价方法,即从战略/战役层比较不同类型军事卫星的威胁度,然后选择威胁度最大的军事卫星类型作为评价对象,从战术层比较该类军事卫星中不同卫星的威胁度。基于该方法,建立了军事卫星战略/战役层和战术层威胁度评价指标体系,利用区间层次分析法和熵权法建立了综合评价模型,最后给出了评估实例,评估结果表明该方法合理有效。
A method based on hierarchical method and classification method is proposed with re-gard to the problem of threat assessment of military satellites,that is to compare the threat degree of different types of military satellites on strategic/campaign level,and to choose the type with maximal threat degree as obj ect,and then to compare the threat degree of different military satellites on tactical level.According to the proposed method,the threat degree assessment index structure of military satellites on strategic/campaign level and tactical level is built,and a combined assessment model is established by interval-based analytic hierarchy process (IAHP)method and information entropy method.Finally,an example is given and the result shows the method is reasonable and effective.
