摘要
美陆军两级维修体制转型理念,由提出到推行经历了一个相对较长的时间。两级维修体制改革,是为了贯彻落实"前方替换、后方修理"的维修理念,将原来的直接支援和全般支援级的工作安排到野战级和持续支援级。深入探讨了美陆军两级维修体制转型成功推行的关键环节以及转型对修理用零部件的影响。在此基础上,提出对我军两级维修体制改革的启示。
The presence and implementation of the US army maintenance system transformation goes through a very long time.The US Army two-level maintenance system transformation is to carry out the idea of replace forward and repair rear,and allocate the work belonged to former direct sup-port and general support to field maintenance and sustainment maintenance.The paper deeply studies these aspects to the bottleneck of US army maintenance system transformation and the influence of re-form to repair parts.On the above analysis,the paper brings forward the important inspiration to our army.
