摘要
神华神东热电有限责任公司上湾电厂DG520/13.7-Ⅱ1型循环流化床锅炉炉前给煤系统在运行中存在漏风、喷煤问题,在检修时易出现烟气反窜现象,给检修工作带来安全隐患。对给煤系统落煤管进行改造,将其设计为负压落煤管,彻底解决了漏风、喷煤问题,消除了给煤机开盖检修过程中出现的烟气反窜现象,提高了检修施工的安全性,缩短了检修时间,为同类型给煤系统技术改造提供借鉴。
One CFB boiler's front coal feeding system in Shang Wan Power Plant of Shenhua Shendong Thermal Power Co., Ltd., existed the problems of air leakage and coal injection, which caused flue gas chanelling phenomenon easily during maintenance and brought potential safety hazards for repair work. Those problems had been completely solved after the renovation of coal feeding system/s coal feeding pipe, which was designed as negative pressure. The renovation not only eliminated the phenomenon of flue gas chanelling during the process of openning coal feederls cover for repair, but also improved the security of maintenance construction and shortened the maintenance time.
