摘要
对光温敏核不育系与常规品种在不同的发育时期进行了酯酶(EST)同工酶的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析,结果表明:发育前期(苗期、分蘖-拔节期)不育系与常规品种在酶带数量和酶带强弱上没有明显差别;发育中期(幼穗分化期)不育系比常规品种少B1、B2(Rf为0.32、0.39)和C1、C2(Rf为0.87、0.93)4条酶带;发育后期(结实期)不育系与常规品种没有差别,都只有1条Rf为0.11的弱酶带。
Esterases (EST) at different growth stages between Photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines and ordinary varieties of rice were comparatively measured by polyacrylamide gel electro- phoresis (PAGE). The results showed that there were no obviously different in numbers and properties (strong or weak) of bands at seddling,tillering and shooting stages; however, ,PTGMS line lost weaker bands of B1 and B2 (Rf=0.32, 0. 39) and, C1 and C2 (Rf=0.87,0. 93), compared with ordinary varieties at young young panicle differentiation stage. Nevertheless, no difference between PTGMS line and ordina- ry varieties was found at seed setting stage, both expressed only one weak band with Rf value of 0.11.
