摘要
翻转课堂是近年来课堂教学改革的焦点，本文介绍了翻转课堂的概念与发展，从教师、学生角色的转变，教学资源、环境的变化等角度阐述了翻转课堂的特点，翻转课堂实现中教学视频的设计和制作方法，例举了翻转课堂的成功实例。笔者提出了翻转课堂在我国听力语言康复领域的应用模式，以提高康复教学效果。
Flipped classroom is the focus of educational reform these years.This article introduces the concept,development and characteristics of flipped classroom. Flipped classroom changes the role of teachers and students in classroom. Besides, the teaching resources and teaching environment have changed too. This article summarizes the design and manufacturing methods of teaching videos in flipped classroom and introduces successful examples of flipped classroom. Finally, the author suggests flipped classroom be a part of training methods in hearing and speech rehabilitation work to improve the teaching effect.
