细菌性阴道病及甲硝唑治疗对妊娠结局的影响 被引量:3

摘要 细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)是一种性传播疾病,是由于阴道菌群失调,阴道内乳杆菌减少,加德纳菌及多种厌氧菌增殖,引起的内源性混合性感染。妊娠期细菌性阴道病产生磷脂酶、前列腺素,容易发生胎膜早破、宫内感染、绒毛膜羊膜炎和产后子宫内膜炎。1BV占阴道感染的40%~50%,远高于阴道常见的真菌或滴虫感染。2 Goldenbeng等3报道,妊娠合并BV者高达30%~68%,已成为育龄妇女最常见的阴道感染。
