SOX10在肿瘤病理诊断中的应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 SOX10是一种特殊的转录因子,在神经脊细胞生长过程中起重要作用,并且能够保持神经脊细胞具有多向分化潜能特性。最近研究表明,SOX10在恶性黑色素瘤(包括促结缔组织增生的黑色素瘤)、施万细胞来源的肿瘤、涎腺肿瘤,尤其是含有肌上皮分化特性的肿瘤中过表达。由于它仅在几种特定的肿瘤类型中表达,所以SOX10在外科病理学鉴别诊断中具有重要的应用价值。本文就SOX10在肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用做一简要介绍。
