摘要
目的探讨经食管超声心动图(TEE)在经胸微创先天性心脏病封堵术中的应用价值。方法 56例先天性心脏病患儿,术前经胸超声心动图(TTE)检查并经过筛选符合封堵条件,术中TEE全程监测封堵过程,引导封堵器的放置,评价即刻封堵效果。结果 54例成功实施封堵术,其中3例残余少量分流;1例房间隔缺损和1例室间隔缺损改行体外循环修补术。术后TTE随访,均无封堵器明显移位和脱落,未见明显异常分流。结论 TEE用于经胸微创先心病封堵术,是一种微创技术、操作简单、术后恢复快、无放射损害的方法,具有很好的推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of transesophageal echocardiography in the minimally invasive thoracic occlusion of congenital heart disease. Methods Fifty six children with simple congenital heart disease underwent preoperative thoracic echocardiography and all met the requirements for seal. Transesophageal echocardiography was used to monitor the whole operation process,guide the placement of Amplatzer and evaluate the immediate effect of occlusion. Results Occlusion was successful performed in 54 cases, residual small shunt was found in 3 cases,1 case of atrial septal defect and 1 case of ventricular septal defect underwent extra repair under extracorporeal circulation. No obvious Amplatzer shift and fall off was found during postoperative follow-up by thoracic echocardiography, and no obvious abnormity shunt was shown. Conclusion Transesophageal echocardiography used in the minimally invasive thoracic occlusion of congenital heart disease is a minimally invasive and easy to operate, and has the very good application value.
