摘要
通过对现代化审判权运行规律的探寻,考察我国的审判实践,我国合议制的运行存在着诸多问题。需要对合议庭工作制度加以完善,通过科学的机制设计使合议制高效运行,保障审判权的良性运转。
Based on the exploration of modern judicial authority running law and our judicial practice,it is found that there are many problems in running of our collegiate system. It is necessary to improve collegiate bench working system. Collegiate system can run efficiently by scientific system design to guarantee judicial authority in good running process.
