摘要
针对大尺寸型面的误差检验流程,基于测量软件SA,运用VC++和SASDK进行二次开发,建立了数字化的测量系统并给出了系统的体系结构和具体的功能模块。最终通过验证件蒙皮面的测量与分析,验证了系统的有效性和实用性。
To solve problem of composite material component surface measurement,a digital surface measurement system based on SA is developed.The architecture and main function module of proposed system are put forward.The technology about SA developing is studied.The feasibility and effectiveness are verified by measurement and analysis on sample of aircraft skin part.
