摘要
针对大型空分装置配套水浴式汽化器,从设计角度出发,以节能减排为目的,讨论如何从设计理念方面(包括传热模型、放热方式、准则数关联式的选取等)以及结构设计方面来进一步优化,使水浴式汽化器理论计算更有依据、结构设计更加合理,真正达到快速响应以及节能减排的目标。
Further optimization of the water-bath vaporizer for large air separator wasdiscussed from the aspects of design concept including the heat transfer model, heat emissionmode and selection of correlate equation, and structure design and with the objective of energyconservation and emission reduction. Through design optimization the theoretical calculation ofwater-bath vaporizer can be put on a firmer basis, the structure design can be more reasonableand the goal of rapid response and energy saving and emission reduction can beachieved.
