摘要
从系统论角度来看,人口、资源环境与经济协调发展系统是由人口子系统、资源环境子系统和经济子系统共同构成的。文章从系统论角度出发,构建了人口、资源环境与经济协调发展的指标体系,并以广西为例,采集了2000—2012年的数据,用主成分和因子分析方法测算人口子系统、资源环境子系统和经济子系统综合发展水平,建立了人口、资源环境与经济的协调发展模型,运用模糊数学理论来测算协调系数、协调发展系数等指标来评价人口、资源、环境与经济发展的协调程度。结果表明,2000年以来,广西人口、资源环境与经济的协调发展程度在总体上呈上升趋势。
From the perspective of systems theory ,the coordinated development system of popu‐lation ,resource ,environment and economy is composed of population subsystem ,resource and envi‐ronment subsystem ,economic subsystem .From the perspective of systems theory ,the coordinated development index for population ,resource ,environment and economy is built ,and as in the case study of Guangxi ,data for the years from 2000 to 2012 are collected .The method of principal compo‐nents and factor analysis are used to calculate the integrative level of population ,resources ,environ‐ment and economy ,and the coordinated development model of population ,resource ,environment and economy is built .T he fuzzy mathematics theory is used to calculate the coordinated coefficient and the coordinated development coefficient index ,w hich are used to evaluate the degree of coordinated devel‐opment in population ,resource ,environment and economy .The results show that ,since the year 2000 ,the coordinated development degree of population ,resource ,environment and economy show s an upward trend on the whole in Guangxi .
