摘要
目的:探讨系统化护理干预对鼻咽癌放疗患者的并发症以及免疫功能的影响,为临床治疗提供帮助.方法:对2011-10/2014-02新桥医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的157例鼻咽癌放疗患者,进行分组对比.其中对照组79例,采用常规鼻咽癌放疗护理.护理干预组78例,在对照组基础上,运用系统化护理干预措施.护理2个月后,观察不同护理方式对两组患者并发症、免疫功能以及生活质量的影响.结果:系统化护理干预提高了患者放疗后的生活质量,在放射性皮炎、胃肠道反应、口腔感染等方面,干预组均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且在免疫功能方面,干预组患者疾病的发生率也明显低于对照组;系统化护理还减轻了患者抑郁、焦虑的状况,改善了患者的情绪,促进了治疗的继续执行.结论:系统化护理干预减少了鼻咽癌放疗患者的全身不良反应,提高了患者抵抗细菌、病毒的能力.
AIM:To discuss the systematic nursing intervention in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy complications and analyze the effect of immune function,in order to provide help for clinical treatment.METHODS:In our hospital between October 201 1 and February 2014 otolaryngology department,157 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy were divided into two groups and compared.The control group of 79 cases received conventional nasopharyngeal carcinoma radio-therapy care.Nursing intervention group of 78 cases took the systematic nursing intervention measures.After 2 months,different nursing methods on two groups of patients with complications and the effect of immune function were observed.RESULTS:Systematic nursing intervention improved the life quality of patients after radiotherapy,in the radiation dermatitis,gastrointestinal reaction,oral infection,the intervention group was significantly bet-ter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);and in immune function of patients in the intervention group,the incidence of the disease was significantly lower than that of the control group;systematic nursing also alleviate the patients with depression,anxiety,improve the mood of the patients,and promote the implementation of continuing treatment. CONCLUSION:Systematic nursing intervention can reduce the systemic adverse reactions in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy,and improve the patients' ability to fight bacteria and viruses.
