摘要
甘薯是一种高产稳产、营养丰富、用途广泛的农作物,也是重要的粮食、饲料、工业原料及新型能源块根作物。综述了恩施州甘薯生产的产业现状,分析了恩施州甘薯生产发展中存在的问题,提出了恩施州甘薯生产实现可持续发展的相应对策。
Sweet potato is a kind of high and stable yield, rich nutrition and a wide range of crops, also is an important food, feed, industrial material and new energy root crop. The present situation of sweet potato production in Enshi was introduced, existing problems were analyzed, corresponding countermeasures for realizing sustainable development of sweet potato production in Enshi were proposed
