北京市医生职业幸福感现况及社会人口学因素分析

摘要 目的:了解北京市医生的职业幸福感现况及社会人口学因素对职业幸福感的影响。方法:采用分层抽样的方法,从一级(社区卫生服务中心)、二级、三级医院在编医生中按照人数1:1:1随机选取1465人进行问卷调查。结果:医生情感幸福感得分(3.59±0.93)分,认知幸福感(4.16±0.78)分。不同工作年限、科室类别、休息时间的医生职业幸福感存在显著性差异。多元线性回归分析表明,情感幸福感的保护性影响因素为临床专科、医技科室。认知幸福感的保护性因素为正高级职称、临床专科;医生职业幸福感危险性因素主要为休息时间一天、工作年限11-15年。结论:北京而医生职业幸福感水平中等偏低,需要加强对中年人群、低职称、内外科医生的职业幸福感的关注和提升。 Objective To study the status of doctors' occupational well- being in Beijing and analyze the socio- demographic factors on occupational well- being. Methods Stratified random sampling method; was used the 1465 respondents were selected according to the proportion of 1:1: 1 from 29 hospitals including community health service centers,Two- A hospital and Three- A hospital. Results The score of doctors' affective well- being was 3. 59 ± 0. 93,and Cognitive well- being was 4. 16 ± 0. 78. The differences on occupational well- being score of doctors who were different work seniority,department and rest time were statistically significant. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the protective factors for affective well- being were clinical specialty and medical laboratory. The protective factors for cognitive well- being were the senior title and clinical specialty. The risk factors of occupational well- being were mainly one- day rest time and wok seniority of 11- 15 years. Conclusion Occupational well- being of doctors is medium- low level. It needs to pay attention to improve the occupational well- being of middle- aged people,low professional title,physicians and surgeons.
