摘要
采用部分流颗粒仪采样设备AVL SPC472对某柴油机的排放颗粒物(PM)进行了测试,通过改变经过SPC472采样滤纸的总流量Gtot和采样比等影响稀释比的参数数值,对某柴油机进行了单工况试验,并结合滤纸前的样气温度讨论了温度变化对PM采样的影响。试验结果表明,在Gtot保持1.4 g/s和1.5 g/s不变的状况下,PM的比排放量在滤纸温度47℃处有最大值,并随着采样比的变小而变小。
Partial flow particle analyzer sampling equipment AVL SPC472 on diesel PM( particulate emission) was tested by changing parameters values through total flow Gtot and sampling ratio through SPC472 sampling fiher etc, which will affect dilution ratio for a single condition of a diesel engine combined discussion with effect of temperature changes before filter on PM sampling. Experimental resulted show when Gtot was held with constant conditions of 1.4 g/s and 1.5g/s that will maximize emissions of PM in filter at the temperature of 47℃ , and be reduced with sampling ratio becomes smaller.
