摘要
当光伏阵列处于阴影情况下时,输出的I-V曲线呈阶梯状,相应的P-V曲线含有多个局域峰值。通过理论分析、Matlab仿真以及实验测试,研究阴影分布对光伏模组输出特性的影响。并以工程用光伏电池模型为基础,用Matlab语言建立了一个简单实用的光伏阵列辅助设计软件,利用该软件对光伏阵列在不同光照、温度、遮挡模式以及阵列结构下进行仿真研究,深入分析了光伏阵列在局部阴影下的I-V和P-V特性,给出全局最大功率点位置随遮挡模式变化的定性结论,为局部阴影下光伏阵列特性和最大功率点跟踪算法的研究提供了有力的支持。
When under partial shading pattern, the output I-V curve of PV array was in stair stepping and corresponding P-V curve had multi-local peak values. Influences of shadow distribution on a PV module were investigated by theoretical analysis, matlab simulation and experimental test. A simple and pratical computer-aided design software of PV array based on engineering model was built. According to the proposed software, PV array characteristics under different insolation levels, temperatures, shading patterns and array configuration were analyzed deeply. Some qualitative conclusions of global maximum power point positions varied with shading pattern were put forward. Strong support was provided by the analysis for PV array output characteristics under partial shading pattern and the research of multi-summit MPPT algorithm.
