摘要
制造业是区域工业的主体,决定区域经济发展的速度和质量。基于偏离—份额分析法,比较分析我国制造业一级区域(苏鲁粤)的产业结构和竞争力总体情况。研究发现:根据后发优势理论,江苏、山东制造业后来居上,赶超广东。江苏省制造业发展迅速,产业结构是制约其发展的主要原因;山东制造业发展势头良好,综合竞争力最强;广东制造业基础最好,但行业发展比重失衡,产业结构和竞争力最弱。通过分析,苏鲁粤三省制造业既有竞争又有较强的互补性,应进行合理的区域分工,加强区域合作,形成产业联盟。
Manufacturing is the main industry of the region and determines the speed and quality of regional eco-nomic development.Based on shift -share analysis,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the overall situation of industry structure and competitiveness of China′s manufacturing Level 1 areas.Studies have shown that according to the theory of advantage of backwardness,the manufacturing industry of Jiangsu and Shangdong catch up with Guangdong.Manufacturing industry in Jiangsu develops fast but the industrial structure is the main restricting rea-son for its future development.Manufacturing industry maintains a good momentum of development in Shandong with the strongest comprehensive competitiveness.Manufacturing base in Guangdong is the best,but the proportion of industry development is unbalanced,and its industrial structure and competitiveness are the weakest.Through a-nalysis,manufacturing of the three provinces compete with and are complementary to each other.There should be reasonable regional division of labor,strong regional cooperation and industry alliance.
