摘要 光伏阵列对地绝缘阻抗不合格将对设备和人身带来重大安全事故,光伏电站需自动监测光伏阵列的对地绝缘阻抗。为此,提出了一种基于不平衡电桥法的新型绝缘监测方案,并进行了理论推导和误差分析。实际运行表明,该方案能准确检测光伏阵列直流母线和支路对地绝缘阻抗值的大小,提高了光伏电站运行的安全性和稳定性。 The unqualified insulation resistance of photovoltaic arrays will bring about significant accidents to the e- quipment and personal safety, so it is necessary for photovoltaic power stations to automatically monitor insulation re- sistance of photovohaic arrays. Therefore, this paper proposed a new insulation monitoring scheme based on the unbal- anced electric bridge, and carried out theoretical derivation and error analyses. Practical operation showed the scheme could accurately detect the size of the insulation resistance value of the DC bus and branches of photovoltaic arrays, and improve the security and stability of the photovoltaic power station operation.
