摘要
羊水是胎儿赖以生存、发育的环境,羊水量异常严重威胁着胎儿在子宫内的安危。近年来关于水通道蛋白(AQP)与羊水量调节的研究引起了重视,尤其是AQP-1、-3、-8、-9、-11的特点及其在胎盘胎膜的表达。该文通过回顾羊水量异常与AQP之间的相关性研究,旨在发现AQP家族在胎盘的分布及其随羊水量变化表达程度的变化,为羊水量异常的机制及治疗提供新的思路。
Amniotic fluid is essential for fetal growth and development,rod amniotic fluid volume disorder is a serious threat to the fetus.In recent years,research on the relationship between aquaporins and regulation of amniotic fluid volume disorder has been valued,especially study on the characteristics of five AQPs [AQP1,3,8,9 and 11] and their expression in placenta and fetal membranes.Here is to make a review of the correlation between aquaporins and amniotic fluid volume disorder,in order to find the distribution of aquaporins and the change of its expression along with the change of amniotic fluid volume,and provide new ideas in the exploring the mechanism and treatment of amniotic fluid volume disorder.
