摘要
介绍一个聚丙烯酸十八酯原油管道添加剂的合成与表征综合性实验.基于溶液自由基聚合反应合成聚丙烯酸十八酯,利用红外光谱仪分析聚合物的结构,通过流变测量和偏光显微镜观察考察聚丙烯酸十八酯对人工蜡油体系宏观流动性与微观析蜡特性的影响.该实验综合了油气储运专业学生在“油气储运用剂”课程中所学习的化学剂合成、结构表征与性能评价等基本内容,对于提高课程的教学效果具有重要意义.
A comprehensive experiment of synthesis and characterization of the crude oil pipeline additive of polyoctadecyl acrylate was introduced. The additive was synthesized through free radical polymerization in solution. The structure of the additive was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The effect of additive on the flow ability and wax precipitation property of synthetic waxy oil was measured through rheological test and polarized microscopic observation. This experiment integrated basic contents in the course of additives for the oil and gas storage and transportation such as synthesis, structure characterization and and favored the improvement of theory teaching quality.
