摘要
基于受限空间作业危险性高的特点,提出了借鉴国外标准先进经验改进国内标准的理念。介绍了加拿大国家标准CAN/CSA Z1006-2010《受限空间内作业管理》,该标准技术先进性表现在:受限空间典型示例和危险识别因素要素详细完善、受限空间作业组织机构严密细致、阐述了受限空间预设计优先级原则、气体环境浓度检测严格、"呼叫-回应"双向联络方式以及直接威胁生命健康进入式救援等。最后,提出了借鉴该标准改进国内标准的建议。
In view of the high risk of the operations in confined space, an idea to improve our standard by means of overseas standard on the operations in confined space is created. The progressivity of Canada Standard CAN/CSA Z1006-2010 ＂Management of Operations in Confined Space＂ is introduced, it is reflected in the detailed and perfect typical examples and key elements for identifying risk factors in confined spaces, the rigorous and careful operation organizations in confined spaces, the priority design of confined space, the strict gas concentration detection in confined spaces, bidirectional ＂call--response＂ communication and entering help. Fi- nally, some suggestions are proposed for the improvement of the corresponding standard of our country.
