摘要
目前地铁列车受电弓升降控制系统采用的列车硬线存在增加列车制造成本、造成布线上的困扰、加大列车质量,以及电磁兼容问题等。为解决这些问题,提出一种采用列车网络系统(列车控制与诊断系统)控制软件控制受电弓升降的方案。论述了采用网络进行受电弓升降控制的设计思想及受电弓升降控制逻辑,并对该控制方案进行了软件模块设计、代码编写及测试验证等。测试证明,该方案具有逻辑严密、技术可靠性高、功能实现灵活等特点。
At present,the train line throughout the whole metro trains is adopted for the lift control system of metro pantograph.But the train line can increase manufacturing cost and wiring difficulty,generate other problems like train weight increment and electromagnetic compatibility.To solve these problems,in this paper a solution is proposed,which adopts the control software of train network system (the train control and diagnostic system) to control the pantograph lifting,then the design concept and pantograph control logic are described.Some relevant activities are performed,such as the software module simulation,code editing and validation test.The testing results prove that this solution obtains many characteristics like strict logic,high reliability and flexible function.
