摘要
目的比较专科、高职护生农村基层就业意向及影响因素。方法对91名专科护生和100名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果专科、高职护生农村基层就业的意愿较低,分别只有23.1%和31%的护生表示愿意,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。专科护生年龄、户籍、最低心理工资价位三个因素对其农村基层就业意愿影响显著(P<0.05);高职护生年龄、户籍、家庭人均月收入、就业乐观程度、最低心理工资价位对其农村基层就业意向有较强的影响(P<0.05)。结论 "经济效益"、"生活环境"是阻碍专科、高职护生农村基层就业的重要因素,专科护生的择业自主性要高于高职护生,家庭因素对高职护生的影响作用大。
Objective This article aims to compare rural grassroots employment intention and influence factors between nursing students of college and high vocational nurse students.Methods The article investigated 91 nursing students of college and 100 high vocational nurse students through the questionnaire survey.Results Only 23.1%of the nursing students of college intent to serving in rural grassroots,and only 31%of high vocational nurse students intent to serving in rural grassroots. Comparing the two group,the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Through correlation analysis,age,household registration and the minimum acceptant salary are influential to the rural grass-roots employment intention for nursing students of college (P〈0.05);age,household registration,family income per month,the level of employment optimism and the minimum acceptant salary have a strong impact on rural grass-roots employment intentions (P〈0.05).Conclusion "economic efficiency"of"living environment"are the important factors that affect the intention to serving in rural grassroots for nursing students of college and high vocational nurse students. And nursing students of college have higher careers independent than .vocational nurse students, the family factors have a strong impact on rural grass-roots employment intentions for high vocational nurse students.
