摘要
针对气相法聚乙烯装置排放气回收系统中排火炬气含有大量有机组分的现状,通过使用无动力深冷分离回收工艺提高排放气中的乙烯、共聚单体(丁烯-1或己烯-1)和异戊烷等组分的回收率,减少排放气的火炬排放,从而降低装置能耗。直接返回聚乙烯装置反应单元的液体产品乙烯达到12.9 kg/h,丁烯-1达到53.19 kg/h,异戊烷达到26.49 kg/h,每年合计回收凝液总量达到740 t以上,总价值481万元。
To improve the recovery of the ethylene,comonomers (butane-1 or hexane-1 ) and isopentane from the exhaust gas of gas-phase polyethylene plant, a no-power cryogenic separation technology is developed. It greatly reduces the emission of flare gas and the energy consumption. The recovery rate of ethylene, butane-1 and isopentane reach 12. 9 kg/h,53. 19 kg/h and 26. 49 kg/h, respectively, which can directly return to the PE reactor. By using no-power cryogenic separation technology, the total recovered condensate per year is above 740 tons with total economic benefits of 4. 81 million yuan.
