摘要
城市能级不断提升的发展规律,推动着城市空间发展格局不断优化,优化的主导方向是促使中国加快建设成熟型经济中心城市,构建与完善"多极多圈多带多区"大国区域经济发展空间新格局。在中国特色社会主义生产关系实现新的重大调整中,构建与完善大国区域经济发展空间新格局,需要遵循"多极多圈多带多区"的区域发展规律,以大中小城市为纽带,以成熟型经济中心城市为"顶梁柱",以现代化城镇为骨架,形成科学合理的区域生产力布局,使区域经济合作发展展现一体化、融合化、特色化的鲜明特征。
The development law that city energy level is increasingly rising has been facilitating the continuing optimization of urban spatial development pattern.The leading direction of this optimization is to prompt China to speed up its construction of mature economic centers and to establish and perfect the new pattern of regional economic development space,which features “multi-pole,multi-turn,multi-belt and multi -region”.In the course of the new major adjustment of socialist production relationships with Chinese characteristics,the regional development laws of“multi-pole,multi-turn,multi-belt and multi-region”should be observed so as to establish and perfect the new pattern of regional economic development space.Thus,a scientific and rational layout of regional pro-ductive forces could be formed with large-sized,medium and small-sized cities as the link,mature economic centers as the pillar, and modern towns as the framework.The “multi-pole,multi-turn,multi-belt and multi-region”spatial allocation system of pro-ductive forces would also be established,featuring integration,compatibility and specialization of the regional economic cooperation.
