摘要
由于大型煤炭企业对物资需求和安全生产要求的特殊性,其在物资供应商的选择上更加审慎。文章综合考虑大型煤炭企业在物资供应商评价与选择过程中的模糊性、群体性及多阶段等特点,提出一种基于模糊多属性群决策的多阶段供应商评价与选择模型。该模型利用熵方法确定指标客观权重,运用扩展的TOPSIS方法确定评价人员权重,并引入对数增长模型确定阶段权重,进而利用集结算子和期望值函数得到供应商的综合排序结果,从而实现物资供应商的优化选择。
Due to the particularity of materials needs and production safety requirements, large coal enterprises are more pru- dent in selecting materials suppliers. This paper, by comprehensively considering the characteristics such as fuzziness, mul- tiple evaluators and multiple stages in the evaluation and selection process of materials suppliers for large coal enterprises, puts forward a muhi-stage evaluation and selection model for suppliers based on fuzzy muhi-attribute group decision-making. The model applies the entropy method to determine the objective weights of indexes and the extended TOPSIS method to deter- mine the weights of evaluators as well as introduces the logarithmic growth model to determine the weights of stages. Then the paper, by using the aggregation operator and the expectation function, gains the comprehensive ranking results of suppliers so as to achieve the optimal selection of materials suppliers.
