摘要
21世纪是一个全球城市化的世纪,也是人类追求可持续发展、推进绿色经济发展的世纪,是生态文明的世纪。厦门市作为沿海经济特区,经济发展迅速。在生态文明建设方面,应关注如何持续推进厦门市生态文明建设的发展,要加快建立城市生态文明制度、综合治理城市生态环境污染、并注重发展以闽台地域文化为主的生态文化,力争使厦门成为"经济稳健发展、生活富裕安康、生态优美宜人"的生态文明建设的典范特区。
The 21th century is a time of global urbanization, a century of sustainable and green economy development, as well as an era of ecological civilization. As a special economic zone in coastal area, Xiamen develops rapidly. It is argued that more attention should be paid to how to promote the sustainable development of urban ecological civilization construction, to speed up the establishing of the system of ecological civilization, to control urban ecological environment pollution comprehensively, and to develop the ecological culture based on regional culture between Fujian province and Taiwan, so as to make Xiamen a model special zone with “steady economic development, wealthy people, beautiful and pleasant environment”.
