摘要
针对灌区计量弧形闸门的结构特点,采用APDL参数化有限元分析技术,研究分析了在水压作用下,加强筋间距、板厚等关键结构参数对闸门变形的影响规律。结果表明:对于通用的跨度为1.5 m、弧形板半径为1.8 m的弧形闸门,当2根加强筋间距为580 mm、弧形板和挡水板的厚度分别为75 mm、50 mm时,闸门的强度、刚度符合使用要求,且材料使用较少,闸门总体较轻。
According to the structure of radial gate in irrigation areas,APDL parametric finite element analysis technology was used to research the law of the gate deformation influenced by some key structure parameters, such as the stiffener spacing, thickness of plating etc. The results show that: for a particular type of radial gate, in which span is !.5 m and the radius of the curved plates is 1.8 m, if the two stiffener spacing is 580 mm,the curved plates thickness is 75 nun and the manger thickness is 50 mm,then the strength and stiffness will meet the requirements of the radial gate. At the same time, it uses less material and has lighter quality.
