摘要
齿轮测量中心测头球心位置的标定是实现精确测量的前提条件。根据CNC齿轮测量中心的测量原理,将采集到的标准球球面上的点运用最小二乘法拟合出标准球球心的坐标,然后通过空间矢量运算确定测量坐标系原点的位置。通过坐标转换法,将测球球心在机器坐标系中的位置转换到测量坐标系,实现了对测头球心位置的标定。
The calibration of probe center of CNC gear measuring center is the prerequisite for realizing precision measurement. According to the measuring principle of CNC gear measuring center,the coordinates of the probing points on the standard ball was used to calculate the coordinates of probe center by least square method. Furthermore,tbe origin of the measuring coordinate system was determined through spatial vector operation. By coordinates transformation method, the coordinates of the probe center in gear measuring center coordinate system was transformed to measuring coordinate system and the calibration of probe center was realized.
