摘要
通过对湖南、安徽与贵州省新生代农民工的实证研究,探讨择业行为对新生代农民工就业质量的作用机制与影响程度,并考察市场化程度与劳动力类型对这一因果关系的调节效应。结果发现:择业行为对新生代农民工收入与职业满意度的影响呈现出截然不同的二元路径模式,而新生代农民工择业对就业质量的影响会因市场化程度与劳动力类型的不同而呈现出差异性。
Based on the empirical research in Hunan , Anhui and Guizhou province , this study explores the mechanism and impact degree of job selection on the employment quality of the new generation mi-grant workers and investigates the moderating effects of market degree and types of labor force works on this causality .The results show that:the impact of job selection behavior on the income and career satis-faction demonstrates a distinct pattern of dual path and the effects of job selection behavior on employ -ment quality could have differential expressions as market degree and types of labor force differs .
